Height (Elevation) of a Point

Enter latitude (-90.0 .. +90.0) and longitude (-180.0 .. +180.0) in degrees and press the button Height.

The height (elevation) of a point is computed using the Google Elevation Service, that is unfortunately not very accurate. For example the height of the mountain Mattstock (47.16972, 9.13569) near Amden is 1936 m, but the Google Elevation Service computes 1924 m.
